ALTUS CAPITAL ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF
GICHNER SHELTER SYSTEMS

Westport, CT; August 22, 2007

On August 22, 2007, Altus Capital Partners (“Altus”), Dunrath Capital (“Dunrath”), its co-equity investors, and existing management led the purchase of 100% of the assets of Gichner Shelter Systems and related subsidiaries (collectively “Gichner”) from Dominion Capital, a subsidiary of Dominion Resources, Inc.

Headquartered in Dallastown, PA, Gichner is a leader in the design, manufacture, integration and testing of tactical shelters, containers, and subsystems which are used in the US and European Armed Forces. These products are primarily used as mobile operations centers for high-value communications and IT equipment. Gichner has a stable income base from the U.S. and European Armed Forces and a strategic growth plan to expand its commercial segments.
